Mayor’s Multiculturalism Backfires Mohamed Christmas Statue Not Well Received Annapolis (SPP) –Mayor Gavin Buckley’s attempt at multiculturalism backfired this week when Muslims took offense at the City of Annapolis’s holiday display downtown. Local Muslim groups have expressed disapproval while extremists overseas have vowed to seek revenge on the Mayor and the city.
