Gavin Buckley Wins Approval for Ferris Wheel Will have African Safari Theme Annapolis (SPP) – Mayor-elect, Gavin Buckley today announced that his administration had received assurances of approval and funding to build a Ferris Wheel and African Safari themed park in Annapolis.
